Comments (0) |Vegas man sentenced in sexual exploitation of Boyle County girl
A Las Vegas man was sentenced Monday to more than 20 years in prison for his role in the sexual exploitation of a 12-year-old girl in Boyle County, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Sean Marcus Hix, 38, was charged with conspiring to produce child pornography and receipt of child pornography.
Investigators say Hix conspired with Stephen Meade of Boyle County, whom he met online, to produce sexually explicit photos of the child. Hix admitted that he received photos of the girl from February to April 2007, according to a news release.
More news about police and courts Thousands of images of child porn, including nude photographs of the Boyle County girl, were found at Hix's home.
Meade, who was facing similar charges, was sentenced in August to more than 21 years in prison.
