Missing Rockcastle man found in Pulaski

- jwarren@herald-leader.com

A Rockcastle County man who had been missing since early Thursday has been found unharmed in Pulaski County.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department said deputies found Jason A. Dunn, 27, of Blue Springs walking along Ky. 934 about 1:35 a.m. Friday.

The sheriff's department said it sent a unit to the scene after initially getting a call about a possible burglary. Deputies said a homeowner reported that a man had walked into the back door of her home, telling the homeowner that he was "looking for a cigarette" when she confronted him.

The Pulaski department said a deputy checked with the Rockcastle County sheriff's department, which said that Dunn was schizophrenic and the subject of a search.
