A Jackson County man was killed late Saturday when the all-terrain vehicle he was riding crashed into a barbed wire fence.
Kentucky State Police said alcohol is suspected a factor in the wreck that killed David Ray Gibbs, 43, of McKee.
Police said Gibbs was driving a Honda ATV on Ky. 3445 in Jackson County at 10:42 p.m. when the vehicle dropped off the right side of the road. Gibbs then lost control of the ATV and crashed into the fence. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
