NICHOLASVILLE -- A Lexington man died after a head-on collision Saturday night on U.S. 68 in Jessamine County, police said.

Kyle Feck, 20, the driver of a 2007 Honda, was pronounced dead at the scene, said Jessamine County Deputy Sheriff Allen "Doodle" Peel.

Injured in the collision were the driver and passenger of a 2003 Audi, Diego Benavides, 21, of Georgetown, and Gregory Reed, 22, of Lexington. They were taken to University of Kentucky Hospital for treatment.

The collision happened shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday between Ky. 169 and Catnip Hill Road, Peel said. The accident closed U.S. 68 for about seven hours.
