Two women killed in crash

BONNIEVILLE — Two women died Sunday after a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 65 in Hart County, Kentucky State Police said.

Rosemary Jordan, 59, of Marion and Eva Dandridge, no age listed, of Livingston were pronounced dead at the scene, the northbound 72 mile marker near Bonnieville.

Jordan was driving a 2001 Ford Expedition north when it ran off the road, got back onto the road, overcorrected and then overturned three times, ejecting Dandridge, a passenger. The vehicle came to rest in the median, police said.

Another passenger, Walter Jordan, 58, of Marion, was taken by ambulance to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, where he was listed in stable condition.

The accident was reported at 6:25 a.m. Sunday.
