Mount Sterling man dies in cycle crash

MOUNT STERLING — A motorcyclist died after his bike crashed into a house early Tuesday, the Montgomery County coroner said.

Christopher Wayne Conn, 30, of Mount Sterling was pronounced dead at St. Joseph-Mount Sterling, Coroner Wally Johnson said.

The crash happened about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, when Conn's Harley-Davidson motorcycle struck a house at Old Owingsville Road and Arlington Drive.

No one else was hurt in the accident. Alcohol and speed might be factors in the accident, Johnson said.
