The family of Flight 5191 victim Victoria Washington has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Comair.

James T. Washington, the widower of Victoria Washington of Richmond, filed the lawsuit this week in U.S. District Court in Lexington.

Victoria Washington served in the Army and the Navy before retiring in 1995.

The Washington family is one of at least 14 families to sue Comair and its parent company, Delta Airlines, since the crash.
