A 62-year-old Lebanon man died early Sunday after his car ran off Ky. 429 in Marion County, according to Kentucky State Police. David F. Sharp was westbound on Ky. 429 when his 1999 Mercury ran off the right shoulder of the road, struck a tree, then came to rest on its side in a creek. The accident occurred 1.2 miles west of Lebanon about 12:43 a.m. Sharp, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
