Have you decided what you're going to major in? I think I'm going to go into communications, toward a business side of communications.
Do you know what you want to do when you're done with school? Me and my buddies from high school, we talk about opening a business one day. We're not really sure what yet, just hopefully open something up and be productive and have a good thing.
What's your favorite class so far? Com 101 (Introduction to Communication) with Dr. (Alan) DeSantis. He's a great teacher and really funny.
What's the class about? It's about relationships ... . How to have good relationships and stay away from the bad relationships.
Did you play a musical instrument growing up? I played the piano for one year.
One year? Yeah. And that was back in the day, so I kind of forgot now.
So you couldn't play? I could play Silent Night. That's it.
(Freshman guard) Mark Halsell came to school with you. How long have you been friends? We played AAU ball together ever since my freshman year. He went to my high school my senior year, and we were on the same team senior year, then we went to junior college together and now we're here.
You guys rooming together? Yes.
So pretty good friends? Yeah, real good friends.
Is he one of the guys you're going to go into business with? No, actually he wasn't one of the original guys. But who knows, he's pretty smart, so maybe he'll get in.
