Education

Campbellsville University: Bob Wade has been named dean of the School of Nursing. Wade, who has an R.N. and an M.S.N., previously was chair of nursing at St. Catharine College. Shajuana Rosalio Ditto has been named an admissions counselor. Ditto will be recruiting from the Western Kentucky region.

Engineering

Nesbitt Engineering: Gary Smith has been selected to provide construction observation services in support of Nesbitt's construction projects.

Finance

Community Trust Bank: Raymond Smith has been promoted to senior vice president in the Lexington market. Susie McEuen has been named a commercial lender and vice president. Cathy Taylor has been promoted to vice president in the Lexington market. Trina Yack, Larry Forester and Julie Anne Hess have been promoted to assistant vice president in the Lexington market.

First Federal Bank: Angela Jones has been named branch manager/business development officer at the bank's West Vine Street location.

Law

Frost Brown Todd: Nicholas "Nick" R. Glancy has been named a member in the firm's business combinations practice group. Since 2005 Glancy was general counsel and then CEO of Rhino Energy, a Lexington-based coal company with operations in four states.

Organizations

Friends of KET: Cheryl Lawson has been elected president of the statewide volunteer network.

Kentucky Veterans Program Trust Fund: Donald G. Dixon of Lexington, a retired chief warrant officer in the Marine Corps, has been named to the board of directors.

Library Leadership and Management Association: Gail A. Kennedy, director of the University of Kentucky Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts Library and Learning Center, has been elected vice president/president-elect of the 4,000-member association.

American Water: Kurtis L. Strauel has been named director of human resources for the company's Eastern Division. Deborah A. Degillio has been named vice president financial services for the same division.

Other

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lexington North: Jackie Hymel has been named general manager of the 114-room hotel at 2100 Hackney Place.

NAI Isaac: Jim Holbrook has been named to the company's brokerage team. He will focus on sales and leasing of office and retail properties in Central Kentucky. Joe Cornelius has been named property manager.
