West Liberty man dies in I-64 crash

A West Liberty man died in a crash on Interstate 64 in Rowan County on Monday afternoon.

About 4:30 p.m., Clark Legg, 62, was westbound about 1 mile east of Morehead when his Ford Ranger was struck by a tractor trailer, state police said.

Legg, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the tractor trailer, Charles Mosconi, 51, of Freedom, Penn., was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

The crash shut down the interstate for about two hours.
