A Wheatley man died in a crash near Carrollton early Saturday.
Franklin Jordon Sr., 62, was driving east on Ky. 36 when he lost control, ran off the road and traveled about 30 feet before hitting a tree at about 2:10 a.m.
Jordon, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
