Citizens Guaranty Bank: Regina Robertson has been named chief operating officer. She also serves as secretary to the board and holding company. Lisa Puckett has been named chief financial officer.

Health care

Lexington Clinic: Dr. Susan L. Swint has joined the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the clinic's South Broadway location.

Law

McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland: Kembra Sexton Taylor has joined the firm as counsel in the Frankfort office. Taylor retired in January as chief of staff and executive director of the Office of General Counsel in the Kentucky Labor Cabinet.

Organizations

The Dream Factory: Ralph Coldiron, co-founder of the Lexington Dream Factory, has been re-elected to a second three-year term as national vice president and member of the board's executive committee.

United Way of the Bluegrass: William "Bill" Farmer has been named president and chief executive officer. Farmer previously was vice president of Time Warner Cable's corporate, regional and media sales operations in the Carolinas and was president and CEO of The Farmer Group.

The Manchester Center: Adrian Mendiondo, an attorney with Kinkead & Stilz, has been named to the center's board of directors.

Sonitrol/ADR Security Services: Bryan Bates has been promoted to sales manager.
