A Rineyville man is under arrest after fleeing the scene of a fatal accident in Hardin County. Michael Brunello, 24, was heading east on Kentucky 434 about 8:30 p.m. Saturday when his 1992 Dodge Dakota hit a 1989 GMC Jimmy driven by Thomas A. Langley, 30, of Vine Grove, according to Kentucky State Police. Langley's vehicle went off the right shoulder and overturned, ejecting Langley, who was not wearing a seatbelt. Langley was pronounced dead at Hardin Memorial Hospital. Brunello, whose vehicle also hit a parked car, was found and has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle under the influence, and having no insurance.
