QUOTEWORTHY

CBSSports.com college basketball writer Gary Parrish on where Knight will go to college:

"As for Knight, the smart money (and even the dumb money) is on Kentucky. Knight is a dominant point guard, you see, and nobody has coached more dominant point guards in recent years than new Kentucky coach John Calipari. Assuming things go as planned, John Wall will soon become Calipari's third consecutive point guard to be selected in the top five of the NBA Draft. That's a stretch that'll be difficult for Knight to ignore. And even if it wasn't, did you know that Knight happens to have family in the Lexington area?"

Knight has a GPA over 4.0 and his father told USA Today the player once cried over getting a B on a test in elementary school. Knight said his school work makes him better on the court:

"If you work hard in the classroom, it will definitely transfer over to the basketball court. Intelligence goes hand-and-hand in sports. If you have intelligence, you can remember plays and other details you need."
