HIGHLIGHTS
June 23-26, 2009: Jones participates in the Vince Carter Skills Academy, a camp in Orlando that showcases 20 of the best point guards in high school basketball. Among the other participants were fellow UK target C.J. Leslie and former UK commitment Dominique Ferguson.
July 5-8, 2009: Jones participates in the LeBron James Skills Academy in Akron Ohio, a camp for 80 of the nation's best high school players. Jones was among 30 players selected from the camp to represent the United State in the Nike Global Challenge, an international basketball competition held in Oregon. UK players John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins participated in the event in 2008.
July 8-9, 2009: Jones teamed with consensus No. 1 player in the class of 2011 and UK target Michael Gilchrist on the "North Carolina" team in the King City Classic in Cleveland.
August 7-9, 2009: Jones played on the USA West-South team at the Nike Global Challenge. His teammates included fellow UK target C.J. Leslie.
Feb. 11, 2010: Jones is one of 24 high school seniors named a McDonald's All-American. He will play with several other UK recruits in the nation's premier high school all-star game March 31 in Columbus.
March 31, 2010: Jones scores 14 points in the McDonald's All-American Game.

Rivals.com chief scout Jerry Meyer talked to The Oregonian about Jones' game:
"(Jones) is a prototypical skilled '4' man. And that's a great thing to be in today's game. Those guys are having success. The game's getting smaller. It's a four (players) inside, one out type of game. So (players) who can do the various things Terrence can do are very valuable."
