City officials have reopened New Circle Road and removed a detour after a water-main break.
Traffic at Eastland Parkway and New Circle Road was jammed Wednesday morning because the inner loop of New Circle Road was closed and traffic was being rerouted, Kentucky American Water spokesman Ray Golden said. Traffic ran normally on the outer loop.
