A Madison County grand jury indicted a Berea man last week on one count of murder.
Hugh Phillip Skidmore III, 45, was charged in the August shooting death of Kimberly Skidmore, according to Madison County Circuit Court. The grand jury handed down the indictment Thursday.
Skidmore was being held in the Madison County jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
