Three 19-year-old men were arrested by Clark County Sheriffs and Lexington police after a burglary investigation led to a Lexington motel room Wednesday.
Brent Hessing and Walter Chinault, both of Winchester, and William Blake of Jeffersonville had rented a room at Value Place motel off New Circle and Richmond roads. Clark Sheriff Berl Perdue Jr. said the three were storing guitars, jewelry, laptop computers and radios there.
The items allegedly had been taken Tuesday and Wednesday in two burglaries at homes on Combs Ferry and Colby roads in Winchester. The men were arrested about 9 p.m. Wednesday, Perdue said.
Each man was being held at the Clark County jail on $15,000 bond. They are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Clark District Court.
