A former Scott County bus driver found dead at her home in Sadieville last week died from blunt-force trauma to the head, county Coroner John Goble said.

Goble did not release any other details in the death of Glenda Sue Jones, 68.

Last week, investigators ruled her death a homicide a day after her body was found Feb. 4 in her home on Double Culvert Road.

Jones had three children, and she lived with a son who was not present when she died, Goble said. She was a bus driver for Scott County schools for more than 20 years before retiring two years ago.
