The No. 17 UK women's basketball team takes its school-record eight-game Southeastern Conference win streak to Nashville on Sunday when it faces No. 22 Vanderbilt.

The game will be televised on ESPNU and broadcast on the Big Blue Sports Radio Network.

The Cats (21-3, 9-2) will be looking for a little more love from the Commodores (17-7, 6-5) in this Valentine's Day game than they've received on their last 12 trips to Nashville. They haven't won there in 24 years. UK's last win in Memorial Gym was Feb, 5, 1986 (79-70).

"We have a tremendous challenge in front of us with Vanderbilt," UK Coach Matthew Mitchell said. "They are a very tough team and a tough matchup for us. ... We will have to work extremely hard to have a chance to win down there."

A pre-season pick to finish 11th in the SEC, Kentucky has the best 11-game SEC record in school history, and its nine league wins equal the school record set in 2005-06.

Leading the way is a trio of Wildcats, including SEC Player of the Year candidate and Nashville native Victoria Dunlap and SEC Freshman of the Year nominee A'dia Mathies. Dunlap leads the team with averages of 17.6 points and 8.8 rebounds. Mathies and junior point guard Amber Smith average 12.8 and 10.0 points.

UK snapped a 13-game skid to Vanderbilt with a 63-53 win on Jan. 10 in Lexington.

Louisville native Merideth Marsh leads Vandy with a 14.8-point average.
