A Lexington man was in critical condition at the University of Kentucky Hospital Saturday after his motorcycle hit a pickup truck at Fourth and Broadway Friday night.

Chester Salisbury, 56, was heading east on his 1999 Yamaha, police said. Rafael Zuniga, 45, was driving west, but made a sudden left turn on Broadway, into Salisbury's path.

Zuniga was treated at the hospital and discharged, a spokeswoman said. Police said a passenger in Zuniga's truck also was taken to the hospital, but did not name the person. No charges have been filed.
