"Cycling Through the Centuries" was the theme of a Sunday afternoon bike ride through some of Lexington's historic areas. The event was part of 2nd Sunday Lexington, a monthly program designed to encourage physical activity. Next month's event — set for June 13 — will take place at Blue Grass Airport. Families will be invited to ride, blade, walk and run on the newly constructed runway that will be put into service in September.
