DeMarcus Cousins

Three players with Kentucky ties took the court on the final night of NBA summer league competition in Las Vegas.

After being named NBA Rookie of the Month, No. 5 overall pick and former UK star DeMarcus Cousins had a rough night for Sacramento in an 85-54 loss to Dallas. He was 1-for-12 from the floor with six points, six rebounds and five turnovers in 27 minutes.

Cousins' former UK teammate Eric Bledsoe fared much better in the Clippers' 79-78 loss to the NBA D-League Select team, scoring 13 points with five assists and five boards. He went 6-for-10 from the field and had just three turnovers, half his average over five games. Bledsoe finished summer play averaging 10.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.6 steals and 6.2 turnovers.

Former Lafayette and Marshall standout Tyler Wilkerson scored 10 points in the Spurs' 78-64 win against the Grizzlies Sunday, including a highlight-reel dunk over last year's No. 2 overall pick, 7-foot-3 Hasheem Thabeet. Wilkerson added six rebounds and four steals.
