Louisville-based Arison Insurance Services announced Thursday that it has acquired London-based insurance broker Benefits Solutions LLC. The latter manages health insurance, 401(k) plans and various insurance products, including life, disability, dental and vision, according to a statement. David Combs, chief executive of Benefits Solutions, has been named director of ancillary products for Arison. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The move creates the seventh Kentucky regional office for Arison, which is owned by Assurance Investment Partners. The company also has an office in southern Indiana.
