RICHMOND —Lee County Sheriff Donnie Hogan has been arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, according to a dispatcher for Kentucky State Police at Richmond.
Hogan was booked into the Madison County Detention Center at 4 a.m. Saturday on a charge of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, said Madison County Detention Center Lt. Mark Dailey.
Hogan was released at 9 a.m. on a $5,000 bond posted by a third-party, Dailey said.
