Richard and Audrey's Haisfield's Nevertell Farm has asked for an order in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Jacksonville, Fla., to list Stonewall Farm in Versailles for sale.

According to the application filed Thursday, Nevertell wants to list the property — about 232 acres along Midway Road in Woodford County —with Justice Real Estate for $8.4 million for 90 days, through Dec. 6.

A hearing on a Cincinnati bank's motion to seize the property has been rescheduled for Sept. 30; a hearing on the bank's motion to move the bankruptcy to Lexington, where other Stonewall entities have filed for bankruptcy, has been rescheduled to Oct. 14.
