A few events to watch for among the numerous entertainment options, demonstrations and other activities at the Kentucky Experience, Equine Village, Alltech Experience and Trade Show:

Equine Village

Federation International Horse Ball: Basketball on Horseback. If you just can't wait for Big Blue Madness, check out this sport, in which two teams face off on horseback. Those who appreciate teamwork will enjoy that this brand of basketball is all about passing the ball. North Arena, 12:30 p.m. (Additional performances Oct. 4-9.)

Alltech experience

The Chinese Music, Dance and Arts Program of Lexington performs at noon. The program encourages students to get to know Chinese culture and develop their interests through learning music concepts, songs, dances, percussion and visual arts.
