All of the horses checked for drugs at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games have tested negative for prohibited substances, according to the Fédération Equestre Internationale, the international governing body of horse sports.
Almost 11 percent — 82 horses — of the 752 horses competing at the Kentucky Horse Park were tested, including all individual medal winners, as well as one member of each medal-winning team. Random samples were also taken, according to the FEI.
Under the FEI's Clean Sport Campaign, 1,013 drugs are banned and 134 are allowable only in controlled amounts.
