Girls

■ Kelli Rinehart scored 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Lexington Christian past host Paul Dunbar 58-52. The Eagles led 25-24 at halftime and an 8-0 run in the third quarter put the game away. Kristin Jacob added 14 points and 12 rebounds for LCA. Kierra Muhammad paced Paul Dunbar with 14 points.

■ Last-second shots in regulation and the first overtime extended the game for Clark County, but Madison Central finally finished off the hosts in double OT, 73-66. The Lady Cardinals' Brittany Gay, who scored 27 points and 14 rebounds hit a short jumper with 10 seconds left to get the game to overtime. Ashton Feldhaus scored 21 points to lead the Lady Indians.

Mason County's Katelyn Smith scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and the Lady Royals defeated visiting Bracken County 71-59. Sara Sticklen had 17 points and 17 rebounds for the Lady Bears.

■ Western Kentucky signee Chasity Gooch scored 20 points to lead Franklin-Simpson to a 75-25 win against visiting Clinton County.

■ Sara Ross hit five three-pointers and scored 18 points in Lee County's 75-70 defeat of visiting Madison Southern.

■ Keshia Prater and Jessica Hurt both had double-doubles in Wolfe County's 48-43 win at Elliott County. Prater had 16 points and 18 rebounds, and Hurt had 15 and 12.

Rianna Gayheart and Hannah Neeley scored 22 points apiece in host Owen County's 74-36 win against Grant County. Gayheart also had eight steals and four assists.

■ Lexi Grimes had 19 points, eight assists and six rebounds in host Bath County's 69-45 victory against Raceland.

Boys

■ Austin Rankin led five Boyd County players in double figures with 15 points in the Lions' 101-33 defeat of visiting Riverside Christian. Matt Middleton, Jerry Traylor and Jordan Blevins each scored 14.

■ In a game that was tied at halftime, Simon Kenton outscored host Harrison County 19-0 en route to a 68-47 rout. Ryan Mullen scored 12 points to lead the visitors.

■ Franklin Phillips' big game, 19 points and 28 rebounds, sent Red Bird past visiting Piarist 74-66.
