A Corbin man was arrested Wednesday after police found him watching pornography on a 27-inch TV in his vehicle outside a Gatti's restaurant, Corbin police said.

David Allen Jones, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct and distribution of obscene matter, police said.

Corbin police received several complaints from restaurant patrons about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday about a man parked outside the front entrance of Gatti's watching pornographic videos. Witnesses told police the videos were visible to anyone walking into the restaurant.

Police said Jones was in his car using his PlayStation 3 console to access Gatti's wireless Internet connection. He was watching the pornography when police arrived, they said.

Police said Jones admitted that he was viewing pornographic material, but he said it was an e-mail sent to him by a family member.

The owner of the Gatti's at Corbin Station declined to comment on the incident.
