Animals return to Franklin Co. shelter

After being flooded out at the Franklin Co. Humane Society, dogs were being kept a building at the Lake View Park in Frankfort, Ky., Thursday, April 28, 2011. Heavy rain on Saturday caused flooding at the Franklin Co. Humane Society so the dogs and cats had to be relocated. The animals were returned to the shelter today.
