Special notes

The Kentucky Department of Highways will be repairing potholes on New Circle Road through Friday. Lanes on two sections of the outer loop will be closed in these locations: Versailles Road to Nicholasville Road and Nicholasville Road to Richmond Road. One lane of New Circle will be closed, with one lane open during the scheduled days and hours of work.

The Division of Traffic Engineering installed three-way stop sign controls and pavement markings at Ridgecane Road and Sebastian Lane on Friday. Motorists should use caution while traffic adjusts to the change.

Todds Road will be closed in Lexington between Todds Station and Pricetown Road through Monday. The suggested alternate route for motorists going to Clark County is U.S. 60/Winchester Road to Ky. 1973/North Cleveland Road. For motorists coming from Clark County, the alternate is the reverse.

Major traffic impact

The northbound right lane of Rose Street will be blocked between Lyndhurst Place and East Vine Street through Tuesday for utility work. Two-way traffic on Rose Street will be maintained.

Significant traffic impact

The outbound right lane of West Main Street will be blocked just before the Newtown Pike intersection Tuesday and Wednesday for utility work.

There could be a rolling blockage in the right southbound lane of Sir Barton Way between Winchester Road and Old Rosebud Lane through May 31 for streetlight installation.

The parking and right through lane of East Maxwell Street will be blocked between Rose Street and Woodland Avenue through June 7 to rebuild the curb and sidewalk. There will be no blockage during rush hours.

Moderate traffic impact

The southern segment of Huston Alley will be closed between North Martin Luther King Boulevard and North Limestone Street through Thursday for sewer work.

There will be periodic lane blockages on Wellington Way between Buckingham Lane and Arrowhead Drive through Friday to replace a culvert.

The sidewalk and right lane of East Main Street will be blocked between Elm Tree Lane and North Martin Luther King Boulevard through Sunday for work on the streetscape project.

The storage lane on the left side of West Main Street will be blocked between West Vine Street and South Broadway through July 18 while Triangle Park is renovated.
