University of Kentucky students get move-in help from football players

University staff volunteered to help unload vehicles, plus head football coach Joker Phillips and the football team helped with the move. Motorists near the University of Kentucky should watch for traffic delays on Friday and Saturday as students move into residence halls.

The schedule:

Friday

9 a.m.-1 p.m.: Baldwin Hall, Blanding Tower (odd floors), Blanding I, Blanding IV, Donovan Hall (odd floors), Haggin Hall (A&B sections), Kirwan Tower (odd floors), Kirwan I, Kirwan III, and Smith Hall

1 p.m.-5 p.m.: Blanding Tower (even floors), Blanding II, Blanding III, Donovan Hall (even floors), Haggin Hall (C&D sections), Ingels Hall, Kirwan Tower (even floors), Kirwan II, and Kirwan IV

9 a.m.-5 p.m.: Blazer Hall, Holmes Hall, Jewell Hall, Keeneland Hall, North Hall, and Patterson Hall

Saturday

10 a.m.-1 p.m.: All residence halls open for move-in
