With the help of his family, Artist Jeff Schaller finished installing a mural at the Saul Good Restaurant and Pub, in Lexington on Sunday, August 28, 2011. The mural is part of a city-wide project sponsored by LexArts. Parts of the mural were painted or screen printed on cloth at Schaller's studio in Pennsylvania and brought to Lexington, where it was adhered to the wall, while other parts were painted directly on the brick. After the mural was installed, the entire mural was varnished. Schaller said he worked on the mural for approximately three months. Installation took four days.
