Lexington police said Sunday that there were no new developments in the shooting death of Dr. Martha Post.

Police have said that there are persons of interest in the case but have declined to give any details about who those persons of interest are.

Visitation was held Sunday for Post, who was slain outside of her Lexington dermatologist office Thursday night. A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Second Presbyterian Church.

Post, 55, was found Thursday night in her vehicle outside her office at 2351 Huguenard Drive. She died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Dr. Robert Truitt, who works in the same office building as his wife, told the Herald-Leader on Friday that his wife had been stalked for more than a year by a man who had temporarily rented an apartment in the office building. Robert Truitt declined to give the man's name. Post's daughter, Erin Truitt, issued a statement Saturday asking that the public come forward with any information that may lead police to an arrest.
