Five Guys Burgers and Fries will open a second restaurant in Lexington later this year.

The new store will be in Brighton Place Shoppes at Todds Road and Man o' War Boulevard, according to commercial real estate firm NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, which represented the landlord. The new restaurant will have more than 2,800 square feet.

Five Guys, a basic burger-and-fries restaurant chain based in the Washington, D.C., area, opened its first Lexington store, at 2467 Nicholasville Road, in May 2009.
