The centerpiece of a home during the holidays is the Christmas tree. And with several tree farms in Fayette County or a short drive away, you're sure to find the perfect one.

Some farms allow you to cut your own tree, some cut them for you, and others offer live trees with a balled root system so you can plant it and enjoy it all year.

Whether you choose a live or fresh-cut tree, your home will be filled with its fresh scent for weeks. Here's a list of farms to help with your search. Don't see one near you? Check out the Kentucky Christmas Tree Association Web site at Kychristmastreefarms.com.
