State police find meth lab in Trimble while investigating noise complaint

Two Trimble County men were arrested Thursday after police discovered a methamphetamine lab at an apartment.

Richard Wolfe, Jr., 29, and Jeromy Clark, 23, both of Bedford, were charged with manufacturing meth. Wolfe also is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Clark is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance, according to a release from state police.

Troopers discovered the meth lab about 11:50 p.m. Thursday, when they responded to a complaint about loud noise. Troopers discovered the meth lab while they were inside the apartment.

Approximately one gram of methamphetamine and several ingredients used in manufacturing methamphetamine were found at the apartment, police said.
