Boys
■ Tyler Harville scored 17, and Jon Lannertone added 16 points and 10 rebounds as host Lexington Christian held off Bryan Station 57-56 in the Central Bank Classic. The Eagles (16-8) outscored Station 16-9 in the fourth quarter to wrap up their second win in three games.
Jaylen Beckham led the Defenders (10-17) with 14 points and 10 rebounds despite a 3-for-13 shooting performance. Daquice Allen and Kenyon Hipps added 11 points apiece.
■ Brandon Phillips scored 21 points off the bench, and Quin Richardson added 20 on 7-for-8 shooting as Scott County rolled 81-44 at Sayre. The Cardinals (22-4), ranked second in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State bounced back after their first loss in 15 games, a 63-59 defeat to Henry Clay on Friday.
Ray Brewer led the Spartans with 14 points and nine rebounds.
■ Boone County Coach Greg McQueary got his 300th career win as the host Rebels rolled over Highlands 63-39. Zane McQueary led Boone County with 28 points.
■ Adam Fatkin had 20 points and 12 rebounds to lead Clark County to a 59-40 home win over South Laurel. The Cardinals (23-4) are ranked 16th in Dave Cantrall's Rating the State and have won 21 of their last 23 games.
■ Darion Burns had a game-high 26 points with seven assists as Fleming County won 75-69 at Ashland Blazer.
Corey Gregg led Ashland with 25 points and 14 rebounds.
■ Perry County Central center Dalton Cornett didn't need to score much to make a big impact. The 6-foot-6 center blocked 13 shots and grabbed 13 rebounds to go with his four points, and the host Commodores (20-4) beat Harlan County (22-2) 52-42.
Girls
■ Senior guard Kendall Noble had 18 points, 10 rebounds, 11 steals and eight assists to lead No. 5 Perry County Central to an 86-55 home win over Knott County Central. Sophomore forward Kayla Rankin added 29 points and 10 rebounds for the Lady Commodores (21-2), whose only two losses have come against No. 1 Manual and No. 3 Mercy.
■ Junior point guard Larryn Brooks had 29 points, seven rebounds and seven steals to lead host Madison Central to its third straight win, 54-47 over Ashland Blazer. The Lady Indians (19-4) have won 13 of their last 14 games, the only loss coming late last month to No. 1 Manual.
■ Junior guard Jordan Fender had 20 points and eight steals as host Paul Dunbar rolled over Lexington Christian 78-36. The Bulldogs (20-5), who are tied for ninth, came up with 25 steals and bounced back from their first loss in 12 games two days before, a 60-53 defeat at Bryan Station.
■ Ahzia Green had 14 points, five rebounds and four steals, and Lafayette beat Tates Creek 48-42 at home for the Generals' second win in three games after a four-game losing streak.
■ Junior point guard Shauntae Brown had 21 points and surpassed 1,000 for her career as Frankfort rolled at home over Bullitt East 68-48.
■ Jessica Mitchell led Deming with 11 points in a 41-38 home win over Sayre. The Spartans' Maddie Mitchell led all scorers with 17 points and added seven rebounds and four assists. Gabby Bowie had nine points and 12 rebounds for Sayre.
■ Montgomery County junior Olivia Colliver hit a jumper as time expired to beat host Franklin County 56-55. Colliver led the Indians (19-5) with 18 points.
Eighth-grade guard Desia Kilburn led all scorers with a career-high 26 points for the Flyers (15-11).
