The winner will be announced simultaneously the night of Feb. 15 on Kentucky.com and at the inaugural Bluegrass Sports Awards Banquet. Complete results will be in the Feb. 16 Herald-Leader.
What she did in 2011: The Kentucky women's basketball star was named SEC Player of the Year by The Associated Press for the second year in a row and became the first Wildcat ever selected in the first round of the WNBA Draft. Dunlap left UK No. 2 in school history in career scoring (1,846), rebounding (1,099), blocks (178), steals (307) and double-doubles (31).Voter comment: "Dunlap is the most important and talented player in UK women's basketball history this side of Valerie Still.
