The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department is celebrating Valentine's Day with free HIV tests. Same-day testing is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday at 805B Newtown Circle. Walk-ins are welcome.
The department also offers risk reduction counseling, community outreach, group or individual intervention, presentation services and free condoms.
