A DEA agent entered the building during a morning raid by DEA, State Police and Lexington Police at Lexington Algiatry, a pain clinic at 1718 Alexandria Drive in Lexington, Ky., Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Lexington Algiatry moved to Alexandria Dr. after an investigation by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure that stemmed from numerous grievances about suspected inappropriate prescriptions of controlled substances that were written by Dr. Najam Azmat, according to officials with the Board of Medical Licensure.
