Boys
■ Anderson County's Spencer Ruggles hit a straight-away three from well outside the arc with 5.6 seconds to give the Bearcats a 64-63 victory against visiting Franklin County. Jay Smith led Anderson County with 17 points and Ruggles had 15.
The Flyers' Ryan Timmons scored 22 of his 31 points in the second half. He also had six rebounds, five steals and three assists.
■ Louisville Christian trailed by 11 early in the fourth quarter before rallying for a 70-66 victory against visiting Lafayette.
Logan Wade hit three three-pointers and finished with 19 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Centurions.
Jackson Davis led the Generals with 13 points and Lance Blakely had eight points, eight assists and three steals.
■ Ryan Barrass made a layup and hit one of two free throws down the stretch to give Western Hills a 49-46 victory against visiting Sayre. Barrass finished with 26 points.
The Spartans' Reid Freeman and Ray Brewer both scored 17 points. Brewer also had eight rebounds.
■ Jaylen Beckham had 21 points, six rebounds and four steals in Bryan Station's 76-51 victory at home against Elizabethtown.
■ Timmy Bradshaw scored 16 points and C.J. Boyd had 14 as East Jessamine (25-4) defeated host Danville 89-64 for its 14th straight victory.
■ Top-ranked Louisville Trinity (26-3) got a test from Jeffersonville (Ind.) before finishing the regular season with a 61-54 victory at home. After Jeffersonville cut Trinity's lead to three at 52-49 with 3:24 remaining, the Shamrocks' Troy Saxton hit a three-pointer, Charles Foster hit a pair of free throws and Darryl Hicks hit another to push the lead back to 58-49 with 53.2 left.
■ Jack Whitman and Patrick Keller both scored 19 points in No. 12 Lexington Catholic's 81-63 victory at Wayne County. Whitman also had 10 rebounds and six blocks.
Cardinals eighth-grader Trey Blevins hit seven three-pointers and finished with 29 points.
■ Dominique Hawkins scored 28 points and grabbed six rebounds in No. 6 Madison Central's 69-61 victory at Covington Catholic. Nick Ruthsatz had 26 points and three assists for the Colonels.
■ Jaysean Paige scored 31 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in No. 7 Perry Central's 71-45 victory at home against Sheldon Clark. Eighth-grader Braxton Beverly added 15 points and eight assists.
■ Belfry junior Tony Messer made a layup with 1.7 seconds left, was fouled and made the free throw to give the Pirates a 70-69 win at home against Mingo Central (W.Va.).
Messer, who finished with 23 points and 14 rebounds, set the school record in rebounds in a season. He has 324.
■ Madison Southern junior Tyler Abshear set the school record for points in a game with 42 in an 82-78 victory against visiting Frankfort.
■ John Smith hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to lift Berea to a 48-47 win at Paris.
Girls
■ No. 23 Lexington Catholic closed the first half on a 14-4 run and the host Lady Knights went on to knock off No. 18 Newport Central Catholic 56-27. Alex Botkin scored a game-high 17 points and had eight rebounds. Octavia Wilson added six points and eight assists, and Elizabeth Walton had six points, six rebounds, three blocks and three steals.
■ Sarah Cooley, Aleisha Stiltner and Dee Givens scored 14 points apiece in Lafayette's 72-27 rout of visiting Western Hills. Cooley also had 19 rebounds and four assists, Stiltner had 14 rebounds and Ashanti Thomas had seven points, 12 rebounds and five blocked shots.
■ Victoria McCoy made a pair of free throws to give Bryan Station a 57-55 victory in overtime at Harrison County. Lady Defenders sophomore Jordin Doram scored 24 points, including the 1,000th of her career.
■ Oney Harrison scored 19 points in host Tates Creek's 45-33 victory against Henry Clay.
■ Kendall Noble had a triple-double — 16 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists — in No. 4 Perry Central's 84-28 victory against visiting Owsley County. Noble also had six steals.
