Josh Toy, 14, a freshman at Lafayette, was interviewed on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Ky. Former President Bill Clinton spoke at the Bluegrass Youth Sustainability Council (BYSC) Earth Day Celebration. The BYSC is a group of high school students from the five public and three private high schools in Fayette County that meets monthly to focus on issues of sustainability and green living. They work with community partners and other students to support initiatives like recycling and rain gardens in their schools and community.
