UBS Financial Services: John Clancy has been named vice president of investments.

United Bank: Scott Flowers has joined the bank as senior vice president, commercial lending. Assistant vice president Elizabeth Waterfill has been named manager of the bank's Midway office. Chris Anglin has been named branch manager for the bank's Nicholasville Main Street and Wilmore offices. Tammy Swieterman has been promoted to branch manager of the bank's Orchard office in Nicholasville.

Stoll Keenon Ogden: Robert J. Bertrand has joined the firm as communications manager.

Fayette County Bar Association: Stites & Harbison attorney Cassidy Ruschell Rosenthal has been elected president for a one-year term. She is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association's board of directors and executive committee, and its pro bono board of directors.

Delta Dental Foundation: Bruce R. Smith of Newport has been elected a 2012 corporate member and will serve a one-year term for the organization.

National Association of Boards of Pharmacy: Michael A. Burleson, executive director of the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, has been sworn in as the group's 108th president.

Continental Refining Co.: Amber Vickery has been named human resources director for the Somerset company.

Fazoli's: Craig Sherwood has been named vice president, franchise development, and will lead the company's nationwide franchising effort.

Paladin: Rhodes Thompson, a licensed electrician and certified Solar PV installer, has joined the company as a field technician.

Brown-Forman: Jason Koval has been named director of investor relations.

iHigh.com: David Bertram has been named executive vice president of field operations for the Lexington-based high school sports and youth activities digital television network.
