Wilson Dickinson has been named associate dean for religious life. Michelle Rawlings has been promoted to registrar. Ashley Willoughby Coons has been promoted to assistant registrar. Stacy Marsico has been named assistant registrar.

Commonwealth Credit Union: Karen Maxfield has been promoted to vice president of human resources.
Fifth Third Bank: Tim Yessin has joined the bank as a wealth management adviser. Richard Claunch and Debbie Norsworthy have joined the bank as mortgage loan originators. Mortgage loan originators Jason Heflin and Jessica Schetler have been promoted to officers. Mortgage loan originator Eric Adams has been promoted to assistant vice president.

Kentucky Bar Foundation: Eileen M. O'Brien, a member of Stoll Keenon Ogden's Lexington office, has been elected to serve as president of the KBF board of directors for the 2012-13 fiscal year. The KBF is a non-profit organization that serves as the charitable arm of Kentucky's legal community by promoting justice and legal education for all Kentuckians.
O'Brien serves as chair of the SKO's Family Law section and is a member of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice section. Her practice focuses on litigation, including insurance defense, workers' compensation, employment issues, product liability and personal injury actions in addition to family law.
Coal Preparation Society of America: The following Kentucky residents have been elected officers or board members: R. Hunter Davis, Morganfield, Alliance Coal, vice president; Rick Honaker, Lexington, University of Kentucky; and Mel J. Laurila, Georgetown, Quality Control.

Keeneland: Ed Prosser, who has spent the last 15 years reporting on the European scene for publications such as the Racing Post, Thoroughbred Owner & Breeder and Horse & Hound, has been named European representative.
