She lives in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Kentucky State Advisory Council on Libraries: George E. Stokes of Frankfort and Alexander D. Grigg of Lexington have been appointed to the council. Stokes is a self-employed Kentucky Blind Enterprises vendor. He will represent library users who are blind or physically disabled. Grigg is a library manager at Lexmark. He will represent library users.
