Aspiring actors, models from Lexington agency do well at New York convention

Aspiring actors and models from Images Model & Talent Agency in Lexington recently returned from the International Modeling & Talent Association convention in New York City.

Top winners were:

Alexandra Simpson, 12, of Lexington was named Young Miss Actress of the Year, and was a winner in team singing, monologue, screen test and cold read.

Alexan Sparks, 9, of Lexington was second runner-up for Child Model of the Year and fourth runner-up for Child Actress of the Year.

J.T. Snow, 11, of Lexington was named Most Sought-After Male Talent, second runner-up to Pre-Teen Male Actor of the Year, and was a team singing winner.

Kayla Swartz, 15, of Nicholasville was a finalist for Young Miss Model of the Year.

Heath Green, 20, of Harrodsburg, was a finalist for Male Actor of the Year and Male Model of the Year.

Tressa Shaw, 18, of Millville was a finalist for Young Adult Actress of the Year.

Kyle Roten, 21, of Frankfort won the male singing competition.

Andrew Fannin, 21, of West Liberty was first runner-up to the Male Model of the Year and Fashion Print winners.

The Images' Team Singing won first place, and Team Dance was named second runner-up.

The group was under the direction of Janie Olmstead, owner of Images Model & Talent Agency.
