The late Delza Maggard honored. U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler, D-Versailles, presented the family of Delza Maggard with a flag flown in Maggard's honor over the U.S. Capitol. The legacy of Maggard, who died in December 2001, was one of service to Bourbon County youth, in particular as longtime executive director of the Paris-Bourbon County YMCA.
